Patrick is a founding partner of HLB France and CEO of Maupard Fiduciaire, an accounting and business advisory firm which began as an independent practice in 1986 before becoming an incorporated body in 2001. He graduated with a Masters in Accounting and International Business in 1978 and has a doctorate in International Commerce. He has had previous experience as a financial controller in a US-based company and in the Paris and London audit offices of Coopers & Lybrand.
As well as a fluent French and English speaker Patrick specialises in advising start-ups throughout the early stages of their incorporation and then continuing to facilitate their subsequent development. With his expertise and broad experience, he can advise on all aspects of international business that SMEs may require. Nevertheless, he specialises in cross-border coordination, transfer pricing, tax advice and legal and tax services for SMEs operating internationally.
