Wayne joined Arthur J. Gallagher in 2007 having enjoying a 30+ year career in the insurance broking industry. His extended experience for 20+ years has been specific to International client service supporting business covering a wide industry base, and extends to his role today, supporting AJG UK Retail and London Wholesale operations. Wayne’s leads a senior UK team of international specialists, to oversee the advice, development and implementation of global insurance programmes, plus maintain an Account Director role for major accounts.
Sally Del Principe
Sally has spent over 37 years in the Credit Insurance industry. During that time, she has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in delivering credit insurance solutions for SME businesses right up to large multinational global programmes. She also ran her own brokerage for 14 years, specifically concentrating on some of the risks faced by SME businesses, particularly those looking to expand their business into export territories.
Kathryn has worked for 20+ years in the insurance industry and her experience spans a broad range of industries with particular focus on companies operating globally, either through export business or through their own overseas operations. As well as servicing clients, Kathryn is Managing Director of the Coventry office which is the Arthur J. Gallagher centre of excellence for SME’s operating globally.
Cheryll started out at the NFU/Avon Insurance before moving to an independent International Insurance Broker. In 1988 she was one of the founder Directors of Halkett Associates, before it’s sale in 2004 to Oval, which became part of Arthur J Gallagher in 2014. She now leads the service team, and is also Chairman of the Coventry office. Cheryll has over 30 years’ experience in advising both UK and International Companies on their exposures, risk management, and Insurance. She is qualified as an ACII and Chartered Insurance Practitioner
Paul has worked in the insurance industry since 1980 and has taken the opportunity to concentrate on global insurance programmes to complement his interest in travel and world business and culture. Paul is responsible for his own book of business and assists with development of global programmes supporting colleagues within Arthur J. Gallagher and their growing bank of global clients. Paul works with the Gallagher Global Alliance and has previously held an advisory position within the Wells Fargo Global Broker Network. Paul is industry qualified to Fellowship level and holds a Master in Management.
Lisa has worked for 20+ years in insurance both within underwriting and broking and has a broad range of experience working with small to medium businesses across a wide range of industries. Lisa leads the Enterprise Team within the Arthur J. Gallagher Global SME centre of excellence in Coventry.
