Tommy Hutchinson, founder & CEO, i-genius, co-founder, Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces and European Commission Expert on sustainability and social innovation.

Worked in the City of London covering a series of roles including aerospace analyst, European market intelligence analyst, and Political Adviser to the NatWest Group. As director of the Industry Forum, developed relations with Brussels, United States and led two trade delegations to the World Trade Organisation in Geneva. Established several businesses in events, media and marketing before founding i-genius which promotes social entrepreneurship with experience working in over 40 countries and with organisations (including with the European Union, OECD and the Commonwealth). A former chair of NUS Services Ltd, first chair of European Students Bureau (ESIB) and a director of Endsleigh Insurance Ltd. Visiting lecturer at Liverpool Hope and Northampton Universities and an honorary adviser to Hunan University (Changsha). He co-authored a booklet entitled ‘A risky business.
