The seminar will cover cyber security risk and risk reduction strategies for organisations considering growing their businesses globally through organic growth, entering a new country or merging or acquiring a new business.   Discussion will include: understanding how to achieve cyber situation awareness to inform decision making; understanding threat and risk relevant to the business context; how to develop appropriate and proportionate approaches to reduce risk; and how to measure effectiveness.
