Andrew is a through-and-through entrepreneur and founder, passionate about transforming ideas into profitable businesses operating at scale: building from 0 to 1. After studying an engineering degree at university, he forwent the opportunity to join the major consultancies - the sensible choice for most people - to join, at the time, a one-man band start-up as the founder's first employee. 

After rising to COO and scaling the start-up through Seed and Series A investment rounds to over 100 employees in just 4 years, Andrew had an incredible experience with hiring overseas talent to achieve so much more with so much less. Setting up to hire amazing overseas talent was a nightmare of admin and mistakes - Andrew knew he wanted to create a solution that enabled more UK businesses to hire super affordable overseas talent. And hotsourced was founded.
