Caroline is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a solid educational foundation and extensive experience in business and workforce planning. She graduated from University College London (UCL) in 2017 and further enhanced her expertise by completing an MBA from Imperial College London in 2022.

Over the past seven years, Caroline has built a diverse career, working with a variety of businesses ranging from innovative start-ups to large-scale enterprises. This breadth of experience has provided her with a deep understanding of different business models and the unique challenges they face.

For the last two and a half years, Caroline has been making significant contributions at LinkedIn, where she collaborates with five of the company’s global clients on their workforce planning strategies. In this role, she leverages her expertise to help organizations navigate the complexities of the modern workforce, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet future demands. Her work involves integrating advanced tools and methodologies to forecast workforce needs, optimize talent acquisition, and enhance overall organizational agility.
