After playing crucial roles in KK Food Product, Loot London (Associated Newspapers) and Totaljobs, he co-founded Multi Recruit with a goal to serve the perpetual recruitment needs of organizations across the world.

Envisaging a more connected world with a distributed workforce, he later co-founded InsourceIndia, with a vision to help international companies build dedicated teams in India.
