Richa is the Head of Operations for - Grow London Global, a 12-month programme for London-based scaleups with international aspirations, supported by the Mayor of London. Along with her team, she drives the client experience of the programme through a closely curated calendar of events, workshops and international trade missions designed to fast track their international expansion plans A skilled ecosystem builder, Richa thrives in fostering meaningful partnerships and collaborations between startups, corporates, investors and government. She is passionate about levelling the playing field for underserved Founders and is a Mentor for The Girls' Network and Mayor's Entrepreneur Programme. Before joining London & Partners, Richa honed her expertise across the public and private sectors, planning high-profile events and Ministerial trade visits enabling startups and SMEs to grow into new markets.

Richa's multicultural background, rooted in Indian heritage and a Kenyan upbringing, fuels her passion for cultural exchange and international business. Richa holds a degree in Law with French from the University of Nottingham and is a polyglot speaking seven languages.
